The Russian-European Centre for International Business (RECIB) was developed by Nowatell GmbH at the instigation of Russian and European companies, trade and non-profit organizations, professional and business associations as well as with the support of administration and public institutions and organizations. It serves for support and organization of cooperation in the fields of international business activity and  of stable development of enterprises from all sectors as well as of trade, economic, cientific and technical relations between Russian and European companies.

The Centre represents the interests of small, medium and large companies and includes all areas of entrepreneurship - industry, domestic and foreign trade, agriculture, financial systems, services. It helps to establish favorable conditions for all types of business activities.
One focus of the Centre is the cooperation between the business associations, which build a wide
partnership network,  and between the administration and public institutions which serve the foreign economic cooperation and development of entrepreneurship in Russia and the European countries.
A special role in the Russian-European Centre for International Business is given to the Advisory Board who supports activities of the Centre concerning consolidation of the entrepreneurs’ associations aimed at development of common approaches to support and promotion of business cooperation between subjects of international business, contributes to establishment of contact between business community and the govenment. In order to deal with the respective tasks  partnership agreements are cloesd with relevant committees, authorities, public bodies and certain companies such as consulting, brokerage and legal centres, management consulting and research firms as well as  with mass media. In order to implement individual projects there are formed working groups may consist of representatives of profit and non-profit organizations, public and administrative institutions.

The Centre has direct correspondent relations and maintain a continuous exchange of information with the Chamber of Commerce and business associations as well as with the specialized authorities and public offices. Moreover, there were signed over 70 cooperation agreements with chambers of commerce and business associations. The Centre contributes to the continuous exchange of information. In this respect,
the Russian-European Centre for International Entrepreneurship can be considered  as a successful example of joint action of private and public organizations.

Following representatives operate in the Centre: official representative of the St. Petersburg Union of Entrepreneurs in Europe and an information centre that function as a representative of the Saint Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and the  Kranstadt Chamber of Commerce in European countries as well as representation of the Association of medium-sized business (BVMW) and the Saxon Society for International Environment and Environmental Engineering (SAXUTEC). The Organizing Committee of the Centre performs tasks that are related to the preparation and conduct of international competitions, forums, conferences and business meetings of representatives of Russian and European companies both in Russia and in EU countries.
