International Contest «ЕURОRUSS-2010. For an excellent business reputation»

Dear Sir and Madam,

The Russian-European Centre for International Business (RECIB) offers all interested organisations whose business reputation is described by their partners as stable and reliable, which is a very important condition for maitenance of the market position as well as for achieving of new successes, to participate in the international contest "EURORUSS-2010. For an excellent business reputation". In addition, from the winners of the competition winners of the nomination "Best National Business Partner" will be selected.

The challenge "For excellent business reputation" is a joint initiative of RECIB, Federal Association of Medium-Sized Businesses (BVMW) and Swiss-German Business Club (SDWC). The competition objective is to draw attention to the most important international entrepreneurs in conduct of their business in Russian and European markets, to establish new business contacts and the positive image of Russian entepreneurship and to strengthen development of Russian-European economic partnership.

The formal awarding of gold medals to the laureats and of honorary certificates to the winners of the competition takes place on 26 May 2010 within the International Cross-Sector Economic Forum "EURORUSS - PARTNERSHIP, EXPERIENCE, INNOVATIONS" in Dresden (Germany). The Expert Board reviews several thousand firms from millions of different companies, which differ from others in their creative approach and optimism that helps in the implementation of ambitious business endeavours. The information is taken from press and open reporting databases, analytical overviews of the chambers of commerce and from reviews of specialized analytical centres. After that about fifty companies with impeccable reputation will be selected on the basis of personal recommendations of members of the Advisory Board and of the Expert Board and awarded with diplomas. At the meeting of the Expert Board, which takes place in the context of international cross-sector economic forum "ЕURORUSS - PARTNERSHIP, EXPERIENCE, INNOVATIONS", the decision on the awarding of winners of the nomination "Best National Business Partner" with gold medals will be made with the participation of representatives of the Advisory Board and on the basis of the exchange of opinions. The main principles for the selection of laureats and winners of the nominations are objective and unbiased approach to assessing the credibility and integrity of the company. The winners of the contest will be entered into the Book of Honor of the Russian-European Centre for International Entrepreneurship and they are entiteled of the right to become a member of the international business club "Golden branch of olive". The receive price is not only an invitation for entry into the club, but also serves as a recommendation when doing business in Russia and in European countries.

determination of laureates and winners of the nominations,

awards.

Each year Russian-European Centre for International Business together with its cooperation partners looks for leading international entrepeneurs within the international competition "EURORUSS. For an excellent business reputation". The public recognition of achievements of the best companies in various sectors of the economy and in social field has become a good tradition in many countries. Russia actively contributes to international economic cooperation. Entrepreneurship plays thereby a very important role. In this context, the public recognition and awards for the best companies, who actively promote economic development of one individual country as well as of international entrepreneurship, play a very important role. An excellent business reputation is a condition for further successful work, mutual respect, security and reputation of the partners becomes a platform that is required to maintain the market position and achieve new successes. A big help thereby is the international contest "EURORUSS. For an excellent business reputation".

1. Aims and Objectives
of the international contest
„EURORUSS. For an excellent business reputation“

1.1. Assistance in the implementation of economic programs, national and international projects aimed at developing and strengthening of the partnership between representatives of the international entrepreneurship in the implementation of their commercial activities in the Russian and European markets.

1.2. Assistance in the identification of enterprises, companies, organizations, institutions and their CEOs who achieved outstanding results in Economy and in business and social sectors, in the implementation of economic and social programs in each country. Improving the effectiveness of marketing and market research for the development of bilateral economic relations.

1.4. Creating opportunities for sharing experiences, acquiring new partners and extending the boundaries of Foreign Economic Cooperation for Directorial body of international entrepreneurship.

1.5. Conducting a public recognition of the contribution made by the best leaders and companies, as in the areas of economic and social development of a single country, as well as the strengthening of international economic relations with the handing over of the prices with the name of the nomination.

1.6. Drawing attention to worthy representatives of the international entrepreneurship in the conduct of its business in Russian and European markets, and thus to contribute to the initiation of new business contacts.

1.7. Promotion of the formation of a positive image of entrepreneurship in the public consciousness.

1.8. Promotion of effective bilateral cooperation between entrepreneurs and government officials in Russia and European countries.

2. Forms and means

of achieving the goals and objective

2.1. The aims and objectives of the international contest "EURORUSS. For an excellent business reputation" will be achieved by RECIB due to:

organisation and implimintation of international forums
informing of representatives of state ans regional governments in Russia and European countries and of international public about past and future economic forums
Attraction of mass media
Preparation of results' reports with suggestions for governments of the Russian Federation and European countries from business leaders and scientists who can contribute to international economic growth and improving the bilateral economic relations.

3. Frequency of contests,
regulation of the awarding ceremony

3.1. International Contest "EURORUSS. For an excellent business reputation" has its own symbols, memorable awards (gold medals, statues), special diplomas for laureates and certificates for winners of the nominations.

3.2. Awarding of exemplary enterprises, companies, organizations, institutions and their leaders for their high achievements in economic growth and manifestation of social responsibility takes place annually in the context of implementing international cross-sector forums "EURORUSS - partnership, experience, innovation".

3.3. The recognition of the economic and social performance of the company and the awarding laureates with honorary diplomas and statuettes and winners of the nominations with the gold medals and special certificates is an important component of cross-sector Economic forums "EURORUSS - partnership, experience, innovation" as well as plenary sessions, thematic conferences and discussions forums and exhibitions.

3.4. Laureates will be awarded during a public ceremony. A requirement for the award is the physical presence of the laureate or of the person authorized by him at the ceremony. In case of absence of the laureates or the person authorized by him, the organizing committee will itself decide on the award.

3.5. For participation in the international contest "EURORUSS. For an excellent business reputation" are invited the best companies, companies, organizations and institutions of different organizational and legal forms that have experience in Russian and international markets of at least three years.

3.6. In order to participate in the international contest "EURORUSS. For an excellent business reputation" you have to complete an application form.

3.7. The information will be taken from press and open reporting databases, analytical overviews of the chambers of commerce and from reviews of specialized analytical centres..

3.8. Laureates and winners of the nominations as well as the number of nominations and the winners are determined by the Expert Board, which is based on criteria of the organizing committee of the Forum. Regulation on each nomination will be determined individually.

3.9. The winners of the contest will be entered into the Book of Honor of the Russian-European Centre for International Entrepreneurship and they are entiteled of the right to become a member of the international business club "Golden branch of olive".

For an excellent business reputation", determination of laureates and winners of the nominations, awards" was adopted by the Advisory Board and accepted for further activity by the administration and the cooperating partners of the Russian-European Center for International Business.
