advancing the production of small and medium-sized businesses in the commodity markets

supporting establishment and use of cooperation between business and government as a tool for the development of foreign economic cooperation between small and medium-sized businesses
promoting development and implementation of regional, federal and international economic development programmes, the establishment and functioning of special economic zones and areas
interaction between subjects of international business activities, their interaction with the state through its agencies, as well as with social partners
providing an opportunity for representatives of organizations and entrepreneurs to get acquainted with the existing regulatory material at the Centre for Economic Affairs and Foreign Economic Cooperation
promoting establishment of direct industrial, scientific, technical and economic relations between Russian and European organisations and businesses with the subjects of international business
conducting research and analysis business of operating in the area of regulations and make suggestions for their improvement with the participation of international organisations, entrepreneurs, business associations and public organisations
promoting education and training for international business activities, organisation of educational programmes of training and retraining of specialists and organisations, businessmen, representatives of training organisations and companies on issues of economic relations on courses, seminars, symposia, and providing training in Russian and foreign languages
promotion of international business entities in the patenting of inventions, registered trademarks, service marks and appellations of origin as well as facilitating the commercial realisation of their rights to industrial property
participation in the formulation and implementation of measures to curb the manufacture and trafficking in counterfeit goods, the protection of and safeguarding intellectual property
execution of documents related to exports and imports of goods and services, as well as other documents related to foreign economic activities
certification, examination of quality, quantity and completeness of the goods on the territory of Russia and European countries on behalf of participants of the international business activities
supporting publishing and advertising services in a cooperative partnership with chambers of commerce, industry and business associations, companies and organisations issued by them individually and jointly with the Centre bulletins, compilations, directories, electronic publications, information and advertising and teaching materials
providing services of translation of economic, scientific and technical documentation, reference and information materials, of interpretation to support of negotiations from and into Russian and all foreign languages
assistance in obtaining information about enterprises and organisations in Russia and European countries, attesting to their reliability as partners for business in Russia and in European countries
supporting transfer of knowledge and best practices in the areas of international business and environmental protection, development and wider application of innovation and modern technologies, the development of environmentally aware businesses
performance of all other functions which are consistent with the aims and objectives of the Centre and do not contradict the existing penal laws of those countries where the Centre operates.
