Main theses of the conference:

1. Priority and investment projects in the road sector in Russia. Federal target programs for the Russian transport system development for the period from 2010 to 2015 and by 2030. Current issues of the conclusion and implementation of investment projects for attraction of private capital in the further development of road infrastructure in Russia, including close of the concession contracts.

2. Design, construction, renovation and maintenance of motor roads in accordance with applicable laws and international standards of road safety.

3. Nano-technologies and innovations in the road construction industry.

4. Use of modern materials, machinery, equipment and progressive technology for construction and rehabilitation of federal roads:

modern technologies in the construction of pavement
modern technologies in the development of pavement
modern methods of use of geosynthetics in road construction
new technologies and materials for manufacturing of the elements of reinforced concrete bridges

5. Use of information and telecommunication technologies in road transport

design, construction, use and development of intelligent trasport systems
implementation and use of satellite navigation and information, GIS, automated control systems and databases in the transport section
use of modern communication systems and monitoring on major roads
implementation and use of systems for monitoring traffic flow

6. Establishment of road services, utility lines, piping for installation of motor roads and bridges

7. The role of small and medium-sized businesses in the traffic engineering. Prospects and interactions of large industrial enterprises with small and medium-sized business through its participation in the separate cycles of the production process and embedding in process chains
